Can I get my deadbolts and locking door knobs keyed alike?
Yes, you can. Our lock can do this all in the same order, or even on different
orders. Even though these are locks of love to us, we cannot key all locks
alike if the brands are different. On the other hand, it is unlikely that
you will want to mix and match them because the finishes will vary between
brands.

4.
Why do you have such low prices on your hardware?
The main focus of our parent company, Real Metropolitan Hardware, is serving
the needs of New York City's finest architects, interior designers, builders,
and contractors. When providing hardware for their projects we often buy
more than is required to account for an occasional malfunction or cosmetic
problem. Unlike the large discount houses like Lowes hardware, Ace hardware,
Sears hardware or Home Depot, we must unload our overstock inventory as
quickly as possible.
Also, our volume permits
us to purchase directly form manufacturers rather than from distributors.
That means better pricing for us which means better pricing for you, our
customer. And it means great deals on quality hardware that you just can't
find anywhere else.

5.
When will you ship my hardware order?
If your order is placed before 11:00 a.m. eastern time, it is filled and
shipped within 2 business days; however, this is not guaranteed. Our products
are sent UPS ground unless other arrangements are made. Most customers
receive their orders within a week. If you need it sooner
with your zip code or call us at 718-677-4186.

Yes, we do permit you to return items. You will be required to obtain
a RGA number. Restrictions may apply for example on some closeout items.

keyless door locksets, kitchen cabinet pulls and handles, it is impossible
to go into detail here. So to check on returning an item, see our Lock

7.
Do your hinges match your door hardware finishes?
Finishes
of our other products will be close but not identical as finishes from
various manufactures will vary. If you are concerned about finishes matching
as close as possible we suggest you order items made by the same manufacturer.

I want to see the items before I buy. Is there showroom near me?
The reason we can maintain great pricing and great service is that
we don't have showrooms with the exception of our physical location in
New York City. If you are a see-before-you-buy kind of person, just order
one or two pieces of the items you are interested in. Once that meets
your expectations, then we are confident you will feel comfortable placing
the entire order with Lock and Hinge.

discount, please use our Wholesale Quotation
Form. Please
