Life ring theft stopper

Help assure life rings are available when needed with this compact alarm. Unit helps prevent misuse of these units as well as theft. In addition, it does not interfere with life-saving operations in any way. Its highly visible stop sign design as well as the message "STOP EMERGENCY USE ONLY" on the face-plate serves as a deterrent itself.

When the life ring is removed from its normal position, the device sounds a piercing 103 or 105 dB alarm. Immediate attention is drawn to the area and a prankster will either run before stealing the life ring or be caught.

The Stopper uses a time-tested, steel cable operated switch mechanism that has been perfected by STI. Easy to install, all necessary screws and anchors are provided, as well as its 9 VDC battery power source. Recommended operatonal range 32÷F to 120÷F (0÷C to 49÷C).
