Heavy duty pivot assembly for commercial double acting interior doors of average frequency use, weighing up to 135 Ibs. (61 kg) and up to 3' (.91 m) wide
For both 1-3/8" (35mm) and 1-3/4" (44mm) thick doors
For use in hospitals, institutions and convalescent homes. Use with Stanley ES-1 Emergency Door Release Stop where door with emergency release factor is specified
Top frame plate has "walking beam" to simplify door installation
Oil impregnated bronze bearing in top door plate
Heavy malleable iron bottom door plate with smooth acting ball bearing unit
As regularly supplied the bottom pivot assembly provides for door undercuts in 1/16" (1.6mm) increments from 3/4" (19mm) to 1" (25.4mm)
Available on special order with clearances of 1-1/8" to 1-3/8" (28.6mm to 35mm), 1-3/8" to 1-5/8" (35mm to 41 mm), 1-5/8" to 1-7/8" (41 mm to 47.6mm), 1-7/8" to 2-1/8". (47.6mm to 54mm)
Bottom bracket is frame mounted and must be floor supported
